Santosh Singh, Partner at ZEUS Law Associates is a practicing lawyer since 2007. He pursued his Bachelors in Economics (Hons.) from Delhi University and thereafter pursued his Bachelors in Law from LLOYD Law College, Greater Noida, CCS University. He joined the firm in 2007 and since then has been working consistently and diligently at the firm. At the Firm he is a member of the Real Estate & Infrastructure and Corporate & Commercial Law team.
He has experience in the area of Real Estate & Infrastructure transactions, Corporate and Commercial law related matters, conducting land and corporate Due Diligences, advising on regulatory as well as procedural compliance requirements under Foreign Direct
Investment laws. Being part of Corporate and Commercial Law team and Foreign Direct Investment team, he has been wide rangeof domestic and cross border transactions including investments, joint ventures, private equity issues, company structuring, restructuring etc. He also has professional experience in matters related to Special Economic Zones, Incorporation of Company & Limited Liability Partnership (LLP), drafting of
franchise agreements, distributorship agreements, joint development agreements, collaboration agreements, shareholders agreements, share purchase agreements, share subscription agreements, LLP Agreements, Trade Mark licensing agreements, hotel management agreements, space buyers agreements, maintenance
agreements, lease deeds etc.
Santosh has been a key member of the Real Estate & Infrastructure and Corporate and Commercial team and has been actively involved in a number of transactions spanning from real estate and infrastructure transactions, foreign investment, private equity deals, etc., including advisory on foreign exchange laws, compliance and approvals from FIPB and RBI, development of commercial, residential and institutional complexes which involves due diligence, acquisition of land, construction, development and disposal of built up units, development / re-development of infrastructure facilities, drafting of various transnational documents etc.
