Santosh Singh, Partner at ZEUS Law, has been a practicing lawyer since 2007 and has more than 15 years of experience in handling Real Estate and Infrastructure transactions, Corporate and Commercial law related matters, conducting land and company due diligences, advising on regulatory as well as procedural compliance requirements under Foreign Direct Investment laws.

He has been actively involved in advising participants from India and abroad, be it developers, infrastructure companies, investors, investment advisors, equity funds, construction houses, facility management vendors, banks and other financial institutions, clients in the real-estate and construction sector as well as several state and central government bodies.
His experience and insight on regulatory development such as Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, Companies Act, 2013, Foreign Exchange and Management Act, 1999, and other property laws has enabled him to counsel clients and provide end-to-end support in the entire development cycle of projects, right from the due diligence of asset, acquisition, permissions and approvals, development, and sale of the projects.

His expertise lies in structuring and negotiating complex and nuanced transactions in the Real Estate segment, structuring, negotiating, and settling of collaborations and joint development arrangements between landowners and developers for development of Real Estate Projects, commercial Complex, IT/ITES office spaces, retail hospitality project, as well as ensuring RERA compliance for the same.
