We have rendered representation to the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission in multiple matters, along with assisting the Commission in preparing, drafting, and issuing the Distribution Licences for the State of Delhi. Our team also handled assignments for BSNL before the Appellate Tribunal in its disputes with the Distribution Company with respect to supply of electricity.
