さらに、日本のクライアントの皆様に対して、インドの法律改正や規制動向、注目すべき係争や裁判での判決などに関する記事を独自に執筆し提供している他、来日時にはインド法の様々なテーマに関するセミナーを定期的に開催し、日本企業の皆様がインド市場に参入する際に懸念される事項等についての講演も行っています。

For over 10 years, the Japan Desk at Zeus Law has been serving as a trusted partner for its Japanese clients, with a special focus on Japanese start-ups and MSMEs looking to invest in India or set up their business and operations in India.

The team is known to provide exemplary legal and transactional advisory and end to end support to Japan based entities in structuring their investments in India, setting up wholly owned subsidiaries, joint ventures with Indian partners, entering into commercial arrangements with Indian entities and drafting, vetting, negotiating and finalizing related transaction documents. The team also advises Japanese clients on the requisite regulatory and legal compliances required to be adhered to under the relevant Indian laws and helps familiarize Japanese entities with relevant Indian laws and regulatory framework.

The team members are also routinely engaged in vibrant cultural exchange initiatives fostering a deep sense of mutual appreciation for each other’s language and culture. The team regularly visits Japan to stay connected with their clients and to explore further areas of collaboration and support.

The team frequently authors articles specifically for its Japanese clientele and on its visits to Japan the team is also invited to hold seminars in Japan on various aspects of Indian law and addressing concerns of Japanese entities in entering the Indian market.
