Mona Dewan, Managing Associate ZEUS Law, has been a practicing lawyer and is enrolled with Bar Council of Delhi since 2015. Prior to studying law, she graduated in the Bachelor of Arts, Philosophy Hons. from the Delhi University.

She is an integral part of the real estate and infrastructure team at ZEUS and provides end to end advisory on all real estate and infrastructure related assignments and transactions including conducting comprehensive due diligence exercise of land / assets, DD reports, opinions related to encumbrances and legal queries of clients.

As a part of her professional experience, she has worked on assignments for several statutory bodies, body corporates, universities, and several other reputed companies. She has extensive transactional experience in drafting and negotiating of transactional documentation.

She is also actively involved in the Estate Planning vertical as ZEUS Law and possesses extensive experience in assisting individuals, families, and high net worth individuals (HNIs) on succession planning, asset protection, trust formation and is adept at structuring tailor made solutions for Clients to clients safeguard their estate and wealth.

Her strength lies in her ability to meticulously manage multiple work assignments and her strong communication skills. She has handled various assignments independently, interacted with the Clients to understand the requirements of a transaction and delivered the assignments in a time bound manner.
