Yeshi Rinchhen provides expert counsel and representation to industries and companies in a wide range of complex disputes, with a strong focus on Constitution Laws, Civil Litigation, and IT matters. Over her extensive 12-year career, Yeshi has gained invaluable experience in diverse legal areas, including domestic and international arbitration, tender matters, civil and commercial disputes, economic offenses, real estate disputes, and matters involving Company Law and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. She has successfully litigated before the Supreme Court, various High Courts, and District Courts / Tribunals across India.

At the Firm, she is also spearheading the Korea Desk, which focuses on providing a holistic legal and transactional support to Multinational Korean Companies and Korean individuals in achieving their desired targets and business goals in India.
In recognition of her exceptional legal skills, Yeshi was appointed as the Government Advocate / Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Sikkim in March 2020. During her tenure from 2020 to 2023, she worked closely with the Government of Sikkim, handling intricate and sensitive Constitutional matters. Notably, she played a pivotal role in defending the appointment of the Chief Minister, representing the State of Sikkim before the Supreme Court.
